What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number
- Account credentials and login information
- Activity history: cargas, bids, trips
- Uploaded documents (licences, vehicle records)
- Location data and device identifiers
- In-app messages and communications
What is retained
- Transaction records — retained for 5 years (fiscal/legal requirement). Personal identifiers are anonymised.
- Dispute records — retained for the duration of any open dispute plus 90 days.
- Anonymised aggregate statistics — no personal data, retained indefinitely.
Processing time
We confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once done.
